She said the packaging was wonderful, sturdy box and packing inside was superior. Most importantly, the Red Raspberry Seedless Preserves, Strawberry Preserves and Baby Pickled Beets were delicious! Very happy with ALL. Would highly recommend purchasing from this seller! :-)

Frequently asked questions
How do we ship our packages?
We pack our jars in sealed Buble wrap bags then add excelsior shavings for extra padding inside of a strong sturdy box.
With most orders, we will ship via USPS but for larger orders that weigh over 20LBS, we will ship via UPS.
When shipping to an APO/FPO buyer must pay any additional fees.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.
Shelf Life
All our products have at a minimum, 1-year sealed shelf life (1-2 months after opening) After opening refrigeration is necessary.
I received my order but something was broken! Now what?
If any of your jars were damaged in transport, we will happily refund or replace the damaged products.
All we ask is you send us the information regarding what was damaged along with photos that show the damage. Please send us this as soon as possible so we can begin to process your replacement or refund.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We know our customers love to give our products as gifts, so that is why we send out all our orders in attractive, new packaging.
